“Self-Help” Business Help For Your Business

There are a lot of business help options for business owners out there, but most business owners simply don’t have the patience or the time to wade through a book, or the “hole” in their schedule to watch a DVD or listen to a CD.

One reason personal business coaching and business mentoring has become so popular with business owners is because a good business coach and mentor can meet with an owner face-to-face on a weekly basis, or talk to an owner on the phone with systemized methods and strategies that can be immediately applied to help resolve specific challenges and issues.

This approach works well for owners because it allows an owner to control the types of strategies that will work best in a particular company, at a pace that allows both the owner and the team to best adapt to change.

If it is… how can you build a campaign around that product or service?

If not, how can it be?

4) Find a way to raise all of your margins by at least 10%

5) Find a way to raise all of your prices at least 10%

6) Forget about “branding”… and focus instead on finding ways to generate qualified leads for your business.

7) Remember that 20% of your top customers generate 80% of your revenues… how can you create a good referral or word-of-mouth program that reward them when they send business to you?
